"Young boys grown up to big guys."
Most of the guys at my age want to be a millionaire, they wanna be a pop star, a rapper.. a president of the USA, an astronaut. I say;"I wanna be a soldier".
That's right, no simple office job for me. No sucking on pens and pencil sharpening.. I want the good/hard/though stuff. I actually knew for myself that I wanted to join the military business. I was 13.. when I said to myself. I wanna be a soldier. Standing there..as a 13 year old kid at the Army Days, watching those amazing tanks, helicopters, strike fighters and all that. Saying: I wanna be a soldier.

4 Years later
There is an school program which is called: Vrede & Veiligheid (english: Peace And Security). It's a training for kids of the age: 16/17. After you've done that you can join the real army and actually get ready to do your duty thing. Anyway.. I've passed that year. And I'm on it for the next step. The Dutch Army! Oh..here's a pic of my Dad and I @ the barracks in Oirschot. Me holding the certificate of the Peace & Security training.

The Big Day
On November the 23st i'ts 'my big day'. That's the day I will start the AMO (translation: AMO stands for General Military Training). When i pass that i'm a soldier. you get it right?..

Now you wonder;"Jordi, what are you gonna do in the army?". Well. to make it simple. I got this video, that shows EXACTLY what i'm gonna do. Like i said, heres a video of the CV-90 i'm gonna be in. (shows what i'm gonna do)
